Intergenerational Hub for Black Francophone Girls and Women

Our Identity

Regroupement des Affaires Femmes (RAF²) is a national community for Black Francophone Girls and Women, and all those who identify as such, united from coast to coast.
RAF² brings together generations of leaders, creators, and changemakers to connect, support one another, and strengthen a shared sense of belonging across Canada.

Our Vision

We envision a Canada where Black Francophone Girls and Women are seen, heard, and celebrated—where they lead across sectors, shape their own narratives, and fully participate in public, economic, and cultural life.

 Our Approach

RAF² is rooted in a model of circular equity—where knowledge, experience, and opportunity flow across generations.

  • We do not operate in hierarchy, but in circulation:

  • Mentorship is reciprocal

  • Leadership is shared

Every generation contributes to collective growth
We are committed to supporting Black Francophone girls and women in reaching their full potential at every stage of life.

RAF² Flagship Initiatives

RAF² delivers programs and initiatives that foster leadership, connection, and visibility for Black Francophone Girls and Women.
