Our Identity
Regroupement des Affaires Femmes (RAF²) is a national community for Black Francophone Girls and Women, and all those who identify as such, united from coast to coast.
RAF² brings together generations of leaders, creators, and changemakers to connect, support one another, and strengthen a shared sense of belonging across Canada.



Our Approach
RAF² is rooted in a model of circular equity—where knowledge, experience, and opportunity flow across generations.
